apple and pork mince pinwheels

ingredients

500 grms free range pork mince
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp celery salt
2 tsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
1 small onion diced
1/2 apple finely diced with skin
2 eggs (one for the egg wash)
700 g Edmonds ready rolled flakey puff pastry
2 tsp sesame seeds

 

method
Combine the first ten ingredients, mix in 1 egg.  Divide mixture evenly onto 4 sheets of pastry then roll each sheet and cut each sheet into 4 pinwheels.  Egg wash the pinwheels then sprinkle on sesame seeds.  Fan bake for 30 minutes or until golden at 180 degrees C.  Makes 16 pin wheels.
