buttermilk ranch dressing

This is a absolutely wonderful dressing that goes with everything, and so easy to make. I recently demonstrated making this at the Franklin A&P show with top chef Mark Gregory with nothing else but a bowl and handheld blender.



1 cup buttermilk

2-3 Tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce

1/4 cup chopped mint/parsley/chives

1 lemon



Place 1 cup buttermilk in a bowl add 2-3 Tbsp sweet Thai chilli sauce, ¼ cup chopped mint/parsley/chives combo and a good squeeze lemon juice.  Season and serve with salad.
