This recipe comes from Christine and her team at Casual Foodie in Birkenhead – we have altered the quantities as they make so much as it flies out the door – it’s so popular! Thank you for the recipe.
100 g tahini
100 g brown sugar
7 g cracked pepper (about a goof tablespoon)
3 T sesame oil
3 T toasted sesame seeds
300 mls white or wine vinegar
2/3 cup Kikkoman soy gluten free
½ cup water
500ml canola oil
Put in 2 litre container, and hand blend well.
* When testing this recipe we used ht 4 litre bowl on my Kenwood food processor with great results!
