muesli slice

Jam-packed with goodness and quite sensational flavours!




250g butter

1/2 cup caster sugar

3 tbsp honey

1tbsp peanut butter

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup coconut

70g flaked almonds

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp mixed spice

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 cup dried apricots, chopped

1 cup sultanas

1/4 cup chopped dates

1/4 cup shredded coconut



Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Grease a 20 x 30cm Swiss-roll tin.

Heat the butter, sugar, honey and peanut butter in a saucepan. Place all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry mix. Stir to combine.

Press into the tin and bake at 160 degrees C for approximately 40 minute or until golden in colour.
