400g melted butter
800g or 4 cups caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla
180g flour or approximately just under 11/2 cups
2 tsp. baking powder
400g chocolate chips
Sift cocoa into large mixing bowl, add melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix to smooth paste. Sift in flour and baking powder, finally add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into 20 x 30 cm Swiss roll tin. Bake in pre-heated oven at 150degC for 65 minutes.
Cook’s tip: Mixture should feel a little undercooked. Slice when completely cooled.
