passionfruit cheesecake slice

Passionfruit cheesecake slice is an all-time favourite for all cheese-cake lovers!

 

ingredients

 

Base:

 

1 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

125g butter

1 egg yolk

 

Method:

 

Mix all ingredients in cake mixer. Press into high-sided 20cm x 30cm Swiss roll tin.

 

Topping:

 

500g cream cheese

200g or 1 cup sugar

7 tbsp flour

3 tbsp cream

2 eggs and 1 yolk

1/2 cup passionfruit pulp

 

 

Method:

 

Put all ingredients in cake mixer. Beat until combined and smooth.

Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 40 minutes.
