200g semi sweet dark chocolate
200g white chocolate
1 tsp vegetable oil, divided
Crushed peppermint candy
- Line a 22 x 22cm pan with foil making sure that the foil folds over the pan so you can lift the bark out of the pan at the end.
- Melt the dark chocolate, remove from heat and add ½ tsp oil. Combine then pour into lined pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate, remove from heat and add remaining ½ tsp oil. Combine then pour over dark chocolate. Use the back of a spoon to carefully cover the dark chocolate being careful not to bring the dark chocolate into the white. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint over the white chocolate then refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and lift the bark out of the pan and remove the foil. Cut into triangles.
