Dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free
15 medjool dates
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup ground almonds
1 ½ tbsps coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ t sea salt
Blitz all ingredients in a food processer until smooth, roll into rough balls. Freeze until set.
200 g dark chocolate (melted)
Black sesame seeds
Dip balls in chocolate and sprinkle with seeds to decorate. Freeze to set.
